BHS Board of Education elects 2008-09 officers |

 The Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education elected officers for the 2008-2009 year at its July 17 meeting. President and vice president for a second year, respectively, is Mary Ellen Miller of Troy and Martin C.
Brook of Bloomfield Township. David Lubin of Bloomfield Township was elected secretary and Ingrid Day of Bloomfield Township is treasurer.
Trustees are Cynthia von Oeyen of Bloomfield Hills, Michael R. Scadron of Bloomfield Township and Carol F. Stencel of Bloomfield Township.
Two of seven board seats will be open for six-year terms beginning Jan. 1, 2009. District residents who are interested in running for a seat may get more information by calling the Oakland County Clerk’s Office Elections Division at 248-858-0564. The deadline for filing a petition or filing fees for the Nov. 4 election is Tuesday, Aug. 12 at 4 pm. |
