Bloomfield Hills Schools’ Andover and Lahser rivalry draws blood |
|
Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood. What if that person is you or someone you love?
Andover and Lahser high schools will each host a 1st annual blood drive during the week of the schools’ annual football game. The purpose is to raise awareness of the importance of donating blood and saving lives, and to see which school can collect the most pints of blood.
Yet no one loses with the “Blood Challenge”. Call or e-mail to make your appointment for Monday, Oct. 20 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Appointments will be scheduled every 15 minutes.
