BHS BOARD OF EDUCATION MAKES MEETING CHANGES |

Several meetings of the Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education will see time and location changes.
The Nov. 6 meeting will begin at 4 p.m. rather than the usual 7 p.m. to accommodate trustees and administrators who will attend an awards ceremony honoring district staff at the Michigan Association of Media in Education conference. The meeting will be a combined gathering of the Board Instruction Committee and the Facilities, Finance and Legal Affairs Committee, and will take place at the Gary M. Doyle Center at 7273 Wing Lake Road in Bloomfield Township.
In addition, an anticipated recommendation and decision on school consolidation may mean a larger than usual audience for the two December board meetings. Therefore, the meetings have been moved to the district’s high school auditoriums. The Dec. 4 meeting will be at Lahser High School, 3456 Lahser Road in Bloomfield Township, and Dec. 18 will be at Andover High School, 4200 Andover Road in Bloomfield Township. Both meetings begin at 7 p.m.
