Mission & Vision
The mission of the BHS Foundation is to support the learning and development of our students by engaging with our community to fund programs, initiatives and materials that are not funded or funded only in-part by the district's budget.
Our vision is to ensure the BHS has the resources to fulfill its mission:
To enable learners to become architects of their futures, building on a foundation of scholarship, citizenship, service and integrity.
Currently , the BHS Foundation targets funding to the following core and co-curricular areas:
- Academics (English, Social Studies, STEM, World Languages)
- Visual, Performing and Applied Arts
- Health, Physical Education and Athletics
Additionally, we raise funds for several donor designated programs such as Social/Emotional Heath, BHHS Swimming and Diving, the Stewart Scholarship for the Visual Arts, the Man in Nature program and more.
