Andover and Lahser will combine in the fall of 2013 to become Bloomfield Hills High School. The new/renovated BHHS is set to open in the fall of 2015.

The mission of Lahser High School is to provide a safe environment that develops open-minded students who have a clear sense of self while also appreciating the uniqueness of others. Through reflection, action, creation and service students become lifelong learners communicating effectively and taking risks that meet the challenges and responsibilities of being a global citizen.
Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union (MSGCU) recently awarded its Rudolph Heino Scholarship to 12 local high schools seniors at a reception on May 9. This one-time $1,000 scholarship is bestowed to members based on academic performance, community involvement and embodiment of the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.” The Bloomfield Hills School's recipients of the Rudolph Heino Scholarship are: Marisa Tucci-Berube from Andover and John Fortuna Jr. from Lahser.
Members of the inaugural Bloomfield Hills High School football program are invited to participate in early team-building experience. "These meetings are important because it gives us a chance to lay out what we're going to be about as a school and as a program, and give the players a sense of where we're going," Head Coach, Dan Loria ,said in an interview with Patch last month.
The Class of 2013 Commencement Ceremonies will be held at the O"Rena Athletic Center, Oakland University on Sunday, June 9 at 5:00pm. Congraulations to the Class of 2013!
Lahser sophomores are selling a Lahser commemorative T- shirt to celebrate the last year of Lahser High School.
Exams dates, topics, and locations are posted outside the CRC. Exams will be held at Lahser HS or the Booth Center (7273 Wing Lake Road-between Maple & 14 Mile).

The Bloomfield Hills High Schools have decided to lend a helping hand to Summer in the City in Detroit, Michigan (www.summerinthecity.com). The student leaders of Andover and Lahser are sponsoring Bloomfield Hills Charity Week at both schools May 19 through May 24. The two high schools have set a collective goal to raise a total of $15,000 with all proceeds benefiting Summer in the City in addition to creating valuable community service projects to encourage our students to get involved. However, we cannot accomplish this task alone, so we ask for your help...
