Information Meeting 11/2

There will be an information meeting for girls soccer on Thursday, November 2, at 7 p.m. in the lower commons for all students who are interested. The coaching staff will be present to outline the preseason activities as well as tryout information. The meeting will last approximately 1 hour. Way to go, Samantha!

Samantha Ferry, now BHHS alumna, is making ripples in Louisville, Kentucky. She is off to a stellar start with her soccer team at Bellarmine University. On Saturday September 2, Sam scored the game-winning goal during the second over time to upset No. 2 Grand Valley State with a final result of 2-1 during the season opener of the Knight's Women's Soccer Program. This past Friday she scored her second goal in two games. We are proud of her and of the success she's having and wish her the best throughout the rest of this season and her college career.

Congratulations to the entire girls soccer team for being district finalists and on their amazing winning season, finishing with a season record of 12-3-1. Go Black Hawks!

Black Hawks Senior Night

Congratulations to the entire girls soccer team for being district finalists and on their amazing winning season, finishing with a season record of 12-3-1. Go Black Hawks!

The BHHS Black Hawks celebrated Senior Night with a 5-0 win over the West Bloomfield Lakers on Tuesday, May 23rd. Goals were scored by junior Christina Hickson (2), senior Sam Ferry, sophomore Syd Huston and freshman Molly Paulon. Junior Becca Hancock was in goal for another shut out.

Community Night

Thank you to the Bloomfield Hills Community for coming out to support our Girls Soccer Program on 'Community Night'. The support in the stands was tremendous and fueled our program to a 4-0 victory over Clarkston! It was a gorgeous night and a HUGE turnout! All of the elementary and middle school youth soccer players loved the activities and giveaways. Thank you again for the support and Go Black Hawks!

Girls Soccer Defeats NPD and Troy Athens

The Black Hawks girls soccer team beat the division 2 defending state champions, Norte Dame Prep, at home on Monday, April 24, by a score of 3-2! Goals were scored by junior Christina Hickson (2) and sophomore Sydney Huston (1). Junior Becca Hancock and senior Hannah Wolfe shared goal for the win.

On Thursday, April 27, the team beat Troy Athens in a league game 3-1. Goals were scored by Senior Sam Ferry, Junior Christina Hickson and Sophomore Sydney Huston. Junior Becca Hancock in goal with amazing saves for the win!

The Black Hawks record improves to 6-1

Girls Soccer Shuts Out Farmington

The girls varsity soccer team won their first game of the season 3-0 during their home opener on Monday, March 29th vs. Farmington. Goals by junior Christina Hickson (2) and sophomore Sydney Huston (1), with assists by Sloane Marwil (sophomore ). Becca Hancock (junior) in goal for the shutout.

Samantha Ferry Commits to Bellarmine University

Congratulations to Samantha Ferry who committed to Bellarmine University today.

Bellarmine University is a liberal arts college located in Louisville, Kentucky and competes at the NCAA Division 2 level.

Congratulations, Samantha!

Congratulations to Samantha Ferry for winning a state cup championship! Her Nationals Union 99 Black team defeated Midwest United FC 99 Royal in the MSYSA State Cup Final in dramatic fashion in overtime, 3-2, on Sunday October 16 at Ultimate Soccer Arenas. Well done Samantha!

Girls Soccer All-State/All-County Honors

Congratulations to Samantha Ferry for earning 3rd Team All-State Honors! In addition, Samantha was selected as an All-County 1st team member. Delaney Horton and Jennifer Miller also earned All-County Honors. Go Black Hawks!
