Virtual Family PJ Story Time Wednesday, October 4 at 7:00 p.m. The entire family of all ages is welcome to attend this family bedtime story time! Attend in your pajamas and settle into a comfy space at home. Registration is required to get your Zoom link/login.
Tots and Friends Playtime Thursday, October 5 and October 12 at 10:00 a.m. Drop in for unstructured play, building, and discovery in the Story Room. Caregivers and little ones of all ages can interact with toys and books that support each child’s learning and development. Adaptive toys for children with low vision, motor difficulties, or other accessibility needs will be included. No registration is required.
Brick Builder Club Wednesday, Tuesday, October 10 at 6:30 p.m. Junior architects, ages 6 & up, are invited to join us for building fun with LEGO bricks. Create your own masterpiece or follow this month's theme, “Spooky Things”. No registration required.
Outdoor Family Story Time Friday, October 13 at 11:00 a.m. For families of all ages. Join us outside for story time on the Youth Terrace. Cozy up together for stories, songs, rhymes, movement, and more. In the case of inclement weather, Story Time will be held inside. No registration is required.
Friends of the Library Book Sale Saturday, October 14 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friends members may shop the sale early from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., and memberships can be purchased at the door on the day of the sale. The sale takes place on the lower level of the Library and includes thousands of books and audiovisual materials for all ages and interests, conveniently sorted into more than 50 categories.
