  • Girls Lacrosse
    • The BHHS Girls Lacrosse Team has had a "rebuilding" first half of season. After graduating 1/2 of the starting lineup from last season, they have been working to find their momentum. Their record is 5-5, and 2-1 so far in the OAA Red. Unfortunately, many players are currently injured, so we haven't had the opportunity to see all of our starters play together in a game this season. The team played in the "East vs. West" Tournament this past weekend - playing top teams and achieving very close scores. Stat leaders are Solei Ewing (grade 11) leading our team with 20 goals and 3 assists, Lainey Stewart (grade 11) with 16 goals and 3 assists, and Molly Rubel (grade 10) with 15 goals and 5 assists. Defensively, Alia Somero (grade 12) has 32 ground balls, 15 caused turnovers, and 20 draw controls; Anna Rubel (grade 12) has 26 caused turnovers and 20 caused turnovers. Goalie Brooke Sanders (grade 11) has 99 saves and a 54% save percentage.

    • Reggie Hinton III (grade 12) broke the school high jump record (that he previously held at 6'5") with a jump of 6'6". Hinton will be attending Grand Valley State University on a track & field scholarship.
    • Taye Levenson (grade 12) will attend Michigan State University on a track & field scholarship. Levenson broke the 2018 school record of 4:28.22 in the 1600m run, by running a 4:21.34 this year.
