Robotics teams from Bloomfield Hills Schools in the elementary and middle school divisions just wrapped up successful seasons. After researching, designing and building robots, and creating presentations, the teams participated in competitions (awards are listed following the team).
Middle School FIRST Tech Challenge Teams:
- BHMS Golden Gears #7043 (2nd Place Connect, 1st Place Think, 2nd Place Think; advanced to Battle Creek State Championship and won 2nd Place Inspire and 1st Place Connect)
- BHMS Mechanical Monkeys #7047 (1st Place Motivate, 2nd Place Connect)
- BHMS Purple Protons #7048
- EHMS Robo Rangers $#10035 (1st Place Motivate, 1st Place Connect; advanced to Macomb State Championship)
Upper Elementary School FIRST Lego League Challenge:
- EHMS TeamGEKOTs # 3646 (advanced to Mason State Championship II and won overall 2nd Place)
- BHMS Burrito Bots #Team 31568 (advanced to Mason State Championship I)
- BHMS Team Robot Chicken #Teams 38849 (advanced to Mason State Championship II)

- Conant/BHMS Avocados from Legoland #Team 39483 (advanced to Mason State Championship II)
Registration will open in the spring of 2022 for the fall 2022 season via Bloomfield Hills Schools Community Pass website.
