Introducing FMX: A New Way to Reserve BHS Facilities

Bloomfield Hills Schools is excited to announce the launch of FMX, our new online facility reservation system.

Whether you are planning a meeting, a PTO event, a youth sports practice, a dance recital, or a special celebration, FMX is your one-stop shop for reserving spaces across the district, including classrooms, gyms, auditoriums, and fields.

What You Can Expect with FMX

  • Simple Account Setup: Create your account in just a few clicks 
  • Real-Time Availability: Check space availability before submitting your request
  • Streamlined Approvals: Track your request as it moves through the approval process
  • Centralized Communication: Receive updates, invoices, and confirmations in one place

Certificate of Insurance Requirement

A valid COI is required for all community facility use.

  • Bloomfield Hills Schools must be listed as Additional Insured
  • COI must be submitted and approved before your reservation is finalized
  • Applies to all groups, including Scouts, PTOs, Robotics, Boosters, and partner organizations
  • Blanket coverage may be used if it aligns with the BHS fiscal year (July 1–June 30)

Please upload your COI directly to FMX when submitting your request.

Reservation requests are to be submitted at least 30 days in advance and are generally available after school hours and on weekends.
