Make a Difference Day- Thank You!

Over 100 volunteers from across all Bloomfield Hills Schools, including International Academy, met at South Hills Middle School to organize the many donations that were collected in the past few weeks. This included gifts for Brilliant Pontiac’s holiday event and everyday essentials. We definitely “Stocked the Hub.”  Combined with the 120 “Cuddle Bags Wing Lake students assembled we donated over 250  “Cuddle Bags.” Each filled with a stuffed animal, book, small flashlight, and cozy socks. Everything filled two fully packed UHaul trucks: one went to Brilliant Pontiac and the other to Detroit hubs. Additional thanks to those who joined at Brilliant Pontiac to get everything unpacked. 

This successful day of giving was coordinated by BHS parent volunteers from every school. A special thanks goes to Jenna Klar and Toyology Toys. Donating a generous amount of toys and gifts to the children at Brilliant Pontiac. Thank you to everyone in the Bloomfield Hills Schools community for making this such a great event.
