Recently, BHHS Band Director Alan Posner was featured on CW50’s Community Connect. Posner shares on the news segment about growing up and learning the saxophone beginning as a 4th grader in Bloomfield Hills Schools. The band Klezundheit (a combination of Klezmer and Bless you!) that Posner both helped to establish and plays in, performs traditional Jewish music across the community. The band was formed in 2014 by Posner and father Ken Posner, and they recently performed at the Klez-Fest in Farmington Hills.
