  • The Board of Education had general discussion regarding the below items: 
    • Board Intern Program Update 
    • Board Committee Reports 
    • Superintendent Goal 4: District Facility Plan Progress Update
    • First Reading of Board Policy Updates 
  • The Special Recognition portion of the meeting included: 
    • Celebrating Success was postponed due to the snow day 
    • National School Board Recognition Month
  • The following reports were provided: 
    • Superintendent Rick West provided a Superintendent's Report. 
    • Board of Education President Tareq Falah provided a Board President’s Report. 
  • The Board of Education approved all Consent Agenda items. 
  • The Board of Education discussion portion of the meeting included a FY26 General Fund Budget Amendment One Presentation. 
  • The board business portion of the meeting included: 
    • The Board of Education approved the General Fund Budget Amendment One, as presented.
    • The Board of Education approved the purchase of a Backup and Disaster Recovery Systems in the amount of $283,802.65, to be paid from the Sinking Fund, as presented.
    • The Board of Education approved Bid Package T10 - E-Rate Project in the amount of $229,878.41, inclusive of 10% contingency, to be paid from the Sinking Fund, as presented.
    • The Board of Education approved the changes to the Bloomfield Hills High School course offerings for the 2026-27 school year, pursuant to Board Policy 3001, as presented.
