Health & Wellness Center
- Wood doors installed and concrete work underway
- Final inspections and occupancy are coming soon, with the goal of opening for the start of the 2025-26 school year.

Bloomfield Hills High School – Andover Road
Athletic Restrooms & Stadium Entrance
- Canopy installation is underway
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work in progress
- Upcoming work includes handrail and fencing updates
BHS Track Renovations
- Demolition is complete
- Resurfacing and painting will start end of July
- The Track and Field will be closed to all activities except those that have been pre-approved. In order to get approval, or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Avis Najor or Mike Cowdrey.
Fox Hills Demolition
- Water main capped and site restoration nearly finished
- The building was demolished and this location will continue to have a parking lot and allow for considerable greenspace.
Elementary Schools
- Construction is currently on time at all four elementary schools
- Construction is progressing across all elementary schools this summer: Conant is framing new walls and demolition is nearly complete, Eastover is nearing the end of demolition with painting underway and flooring to begin soon, Lone Pine has completed media center work and is preparing for front entrance upgrades, and Way has begun carpet installation in the fine arts wing while addressing door updates.
International Academy
- New windows and demolition completed
- Main office construction on schedule
Wing Lake Development Center
- Major tech upgrades completed: new IFPs, sound systems, data runs, and desktops
- Secure vestibule doors being installed
Robotics & Bloomin’ West
Framing complete and steel decking underway
