The Dare to Care initiative, introduced by Superintendent West, celebrates those who go above and beyond to show kindness, empathy, and support within our school community.
Caitlin Boler shared, “Kathy is a paraprofessional that works in our building, and closely with the students I support as a learning specialist. There is not a thing that Kathy will not do. I have seen her covering classes in emergencies, supporting students who are upset, and changing trash that has been missed by the custodial crew. Kathy is constantly connecting with both students and adults, and if I had to elect a human mascot of our school, it would be her. Kathy's support and connection is invaluable to all students, teachers, and staff at Conant.”
