Welcome Kandice Moynihan

After a rigorous interview process, the Board of Education appointed Kandice Moynihan as the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations with an effective date of December 13, 2023.

Kandice has a long history in education finance in the Troy School District, Walled Lake Consolidated Schools, and Garden City Public Schools. She holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Wayne State University. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Kandice is actively involved in the community, serving as Treasurer of the Dennis Kubit Testicular Cancer Foundation and holding leadership positions in organizations such as Oakland County Business Officials and Oakland County Purchasing Officials. Outside of work, Moynihan enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and two children.
