Save The Date - 2023 Annual Open Enrollment

Please take a moment and mark your calendar for this year's open enrollment schedule and review the 2023 Enrollment Newsletter. Open enrollment materials will be delivered again this year via your school email account and posted under the Benefits section of the Human Resources website.  Your building or department will also have a hard copy of the newsletter available for your convenience.  

Open Enrollment Schedule:

• October 27 - Annual enrollment period begins
• November 4 - Annual enrollment period ends
• January 1 - Benefits effective
• January 20 - New plan year payroll deductions/contributions begin

New Hires: Please note that even though you may have enrolled in benefits for the remainder of the 2022 plan year, you must enroll during the open enrollment period for 2023 benefit elections. 

The workbook and related open enrollment instructions will be delivered to your school email shortly before open enrollment begins, so be sure to check your email or your staff lounge/bulletin board for important reminders and further details.  Appointments will again be available for those employees requesting open enrollment assistance.  A sign-up sheet will be included with the open enrollment email that will be delivered prior to open enrollment.
