Dear students, staff, and families,

What an incredible first week of school! The halls, classrooms, and fields of Bloomfield Hills Schools have been filled with energy, excitement, and a renewed sense of connection. Thank you to our students for the joy and curiosity you bring, to our staff for the passion and care you show each day, and to our families for your encouragement and support. Together, you made the start of this school year one to remember.

As we step into this new school year, we’re also celebrating something very special. With your input and feedback, we have crafted new guiding statements to reflect who we are and what we believe as a school community:

And our new tagline says it best: Belong Here. Excel Anywhere.

These commitments reflect not only who we are, but who we aspire to be. And this year, we will continue that important work by engaging students, staff, and families in strategic planning. This process will chart our collective path forward for the future of our district.

It is a great time to be part of Bloomfield Hills Schools. We have much to be proud of, and even more to look forward to. Together, we will ensure that our students truly belong here, and are prepared to excel anywhere.
