Photo & Media Releases (Staff)
Families fill out Media Releases for their children at the beginning of each school year during Registration. Each student must have Media Release permission in order to be photographed, videoed, or published.
Below are steps on how to look up students to check their Media Release permission status.
How to pull a full report:
Step 1: Log in to MISTAR
Step 2: Click on Menu-->Enrollment-->Reports-->
Step 3: Select "Status Date"
Step 4: Select Photo/Video
Step 5: Export Report
Step 6: When using this report, sort by Authorized Date - and then "remove duplicates" - to get the most up to date info.
