One-to-World Device Distribution for Grades 6, 7 & 8 on September 12

Dear BHMS Families:

Five years ago Bloomfield Hills Schools developed a "One-to-World" program, which afforded middle school students the opportunity to use a "loaner" device from the school district. On Wednesday, September 12, we will distribute iPads to sixth-grade students, and we will distribute Chromebooks to seventh- and eighth-grade students.

5th grade students will continue to benefit from a set of devices that remain in the classroom with pre-installed apps teachers requested. All 6th/7th/8th grade students will get their own device that can be taken home daily.

All necessary paperwork for participation in the 1-to-World project should have been completed through your online registration process. As we continue to collaborate with families, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the 1-to-World Family Packet and review pertinent information with your child.
