Can a middle school student athlete play for another team?
Can a middle school student athlete play for another team (travel, recreational, house) during that same sport's middle season?
Once the middle school competitions begin, a student athlete can play in only two "events" for another team of the same sport, in the same season. One event can be a multiple day tournament or a single game. If that student athlete is found to have participated in any more than two events, our school would have to self report to the MHSAA and forfeit all competitions that that student athlete participated in for our school.
