WHEN GAMES (COMPETITIONS) ARE CANCELLED: Game (competition) cancellations will be communicated to parents through the same e-mail program through which you are receiving this Lancer Update. The e-mail will be sent from the BHS Middle School Athletic Director, Avis Najor, with details of the cancellations. In the case of inclement weather, the decision to cancel sports competitions is generally made around 2:00 p.m. The school is notified at the same time that the e-mail goes out to families. If in doubt, please check for an e-mail from Mr. Najor (email@example.com).
WHEN PRACTICES ARE CANCELLED: Individual team coaches are responsible for advising teams members if they are cancelling practice.
