Dear BHHS Families,
We hope you had a safe and happy Thanksgiving. Only two more weeks, and we will be on Winter Break! We are currently working on adjustments to both our distance learning and hybrid schedules based on student and staff input. Restructuring of time, one-on-one support for students, mental health, and safety are all key considerations for any revisions. In addition, we are working with all our departments on the structure and purpose of the first semester final exam week given the numerous challenges for students this semester as a result of COVID. Administration and faculty are committed to not penalizing students through this process but to support their continued growth. We look forward to sharing more information in the weeks ahead.
We also want to thank Mr. Chris Drogosch, math teacher, for his years of service to our building as he transitions to his new position at West Hills. We welcome Jessica Marinec to our building as she takes over for Mr. Drogosch on the 9A team. She comes to us from L’Anse Creuse High School where she taught math.
Thank you for your continued support to BHHS!
Charlie Hollerith, Principal

The National Honor Society (NHS) is back up and running. The website is updated with our new sponsor, Mrs. Laliberte, and the chapter will be sending information about Community Pass for members to pay their dues. Additionally, the chapter wanted to do something special with the chapter funds, so $1 from every student's $15 payment, plus additional donations will be designated for an adopt a family program. There will be information coming soon regarding an induction ceremony for those members that were new members last the spring.
