Dear BHHS families,

We look forward to the official start of our hybrid schedule with all students starting on Monday , October 5. The past two days with our 9th grade cohorts in-person went very well as students were able to get acclimated to the building. It was great to finally have students and teachers back in the building!

As we get ready for all grades to transition into the hybrid schedule, It is going to be imperative for staff and students to adhere to required health and safety guidelines to hopefully work toward the goal of reopening of school to pre-pandemic conditions.

Below is important information to help prepare for the start of Monday’s hybrid schedule. Thank you for your support and patience. Go Black Hawks!

Families, staff, and visitors/vendors are required to complete the daily pre-screen before coming to school. Students (not currently enrolled in the Bloomfield Virtual program) are attending school in-person in the hybrid model according to the phase-in timeline and must complete the pre-screen daily.

The pre-screen is available at www.bloomfield.org/pre-screen and can be completed from any computer, tablet, or mobile device. Paper copies are also available for those who wish to print the checklist for a home reference.

Students and staff do not need to display a screen or paper upon bus or building entry according to guidance received from the Oakland County Health Division. Visitors/Vendors must complete the digital pre-screen prior to building entry and visitors/vendors will be greatly limited to minimize exposure risk.
