Dear BHHS Families,
We have included important information as we get ready in the next two weeks to transition to a hybrid schedule in October. Please read over the information below carefully and we will continue to update hybrid information on a regular basis.

Hybrid Survey
BHHS Students have the option of staying in distance learning (at home) or being in-person (on assigned days) as we start our hybrid plan. In order to account for appropriate classroom spacing and to help our teachers prepare, we would like to know if your student is planning to stay in distance learning (at home) for the remainder of this semester.
|
As you know, the Board of Education approved the high school returning to a hybrid schedule on October 1. The hybrid schedule will mean dividing students alphabetically into two groups or cohorts. For scheduling purposes, these two cohorts will be known as Cohort A and Cohort B.

Families, staff, and visitors/vendors are required to complete the daily pre-screen before coming to school. Students (not currently enrolled in the Bloomfield Virtual program) will begin attending school in-person in the hybrid model according to the phase-in timeline and must complete the pre-screen daily.
The pre-screen is available at www.bloomfield.org/pre-screen and can be completed from any computer, tablet, or mobile device. Paper copies are also available for those who wish to print the checklist for a home reference.
Students and staff do not need to display a screen or paper upon bus or building entry according to guidance received from the Oakland County Health Division. Visitors/Vendors must complete the digital pre-screen prior to building entry and visitors/vendors will be greatly limited to minimize exposure risk. Student Athletes will also be required to complete the digital pre-screen prior to participation in athletics.
Thank you for your cooperation and daily diligence in this process!
