Your Parent Portal login is an assigned PIN and password. Your PIN begins with the number "2" and is likely a series of eight numbers. If you forget your PIN or password and have an email associated with your account (that is not associated with any other person's Parent Portal account), select "Need Your Login Information?" beneath the log in button to have your PIN and Password emailed to you.

Your Community Pass login is an assigned username and password. If you forget your log in credentials, select "forgot username or password" beneath the log in button. The system will prompt you for your username, if you are unsure of this information select "Forgot your username?" and you will be able to enter your email address. The username and/or password will be sent to the adult listed as primary on the account.
If you do not receive this information, please send an email to Recreation@bloomfield.org listing your student name(s) and "Need Sign On Info" in the subject line. A member of our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
PIN: Use your Parent Portal PIN with the letter "P" in front of it. (e.g. If you log into Parent Portal with 20001111, you'll log into Canvas with P20001111).
PASSWORD: Use the same password as you log into Parent Portal.
NOTE: If your password is fewer than 9 characters, you will NOT be able to access Canvas. You must return to Parent Portal and change your password to something longer than 9 characters. It can take up to 24 hours for your password to update to Canvas and allow you to log in.
