Continuous Learning Plan

Bloomfield Hills Schools Continuous Learning Plan 2.0 will begin on Monday, April 13, 2020

Instructions and the website for our Continuous Learning Plan will be emailed to families on or before April 12, 2020.

  • One school district, three distinct programs to meet the needs of our students
  • Daily teacher-led instruction by our highly qualified staff, 75% of our staff have earned a Master's Degree or higher
  • Small online class sizes to best meet the needs of our students, with average class sizes of:
    • 22 students for K-5
    • 26 students for 6-8
    • 25-27 students for 9-12
  • Our Continuous Learning Plan was benchmarked against school districts in 17 states

Summer 2020 Second Decision

At this time, we are still hopeful to be able to offer some summer camp programs in July. However, we are waiting until the Governor provides additional camp guidance to make final decisions regarding camp opportunities. If conditions permit for camps to run, camp experiences would begin on or after July 20, 2020. We look forward to providing more details in late June.

BHS FLL Robotics Results
  • BHMS FLL team, Technical Difficulties, won second place for "Champion's Award.”
  • EHMS FIRST LEGO League Robotics Team #3646, the Great Engineering Kids Of Tomorrow (G.E.K.O.T.) won the 1st place "Innovative Solution" award at States.
  • FIRST LEGO coach Dan Champoux won the "Coach's Award" at States.

Meals for Kids

Pickup days: MondayWednesday and Friday
at Bloomfield Hills High School
All children (up to 18 years, or under 26 for adults with disabilities) are eligible to receive meals from BHS during the national emergency.
