Counselor Changes at BHHS

Dear Black Hawk Families,

We hope you are having a wonderful summer. We wanted to take this opportunity to inform families of upcoming changes to counseling staff caseloads for the 2019-2020 school year.

Mrs. Amanda Gohl will be leaving us to join the counseling team at Bloomfield Hills Middle School beginning in August. Mrs. Gohl has done a great job at BHHS since arriving last August and we wish her continued success at BHMS.

We are pleased to announce Mr. Brian Fitzgerald, former BHMS Assistant Principal, will be taking over counseling responsibilities for Mrs. Gohl starting in August. Mr. Fitzgerald initially began his career in the district as a counselor before becoming an Assistant Principal. He brings a wealth of knowledge and looks forward to meeting and supporting your student going forward.
