BHHS Weekly COVID Update

Dear Bloomfield Hills High School Community,

This week we have had three individuals test positive for COVID. We continue to work closely with our District School Nurse and the Oakland County Health Department to monitor this situation, including contacting students and staff that may need to quarantine. If you do not receive a specific quarantine notice from a district official or an Oakland County Health Division case investigator, your child can attend activities as scheduled.

We greatly appreciate the partnership with our families in reporting suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 so we may best protect the students and staff in our schools. Please keep open communication with us regarding any concerns you may have regarding your child’s symptoms or possible exposure to someone with COVID-19.

Nut-Restricted Zones

Bloomfield Hills High School has designated the Main Commons and Learning Communities A, B, C, and D on both the upper and lower levels as nut-restricted zones. There are students in our building who are highly allergic to nuts or nut products and will be eating in these zones. Please plan snacks and lunches accordingly. We appreciate in advance your full cooperation.
