BHHS SOUP: Benefiting Student Organizations & Clubs

A School-based Community Fundraiser Benefiting the Student Organizations and Clubs of BHHS

All families, staff, and community members are invited to a crowdfunding dinner on February 26, 2020, from 6:30 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. in the Ingrid Day Commons of BHHS. Attendees pay a suggested donation of $5 for soup, dessert, and a vote for their favorite project. The winner(s) go home with the money raised at the door. Up to 10 student organizations will make four-minute presentations on their projects. The audience can ask each presenter up to two questions.

Discuss the projects while you eat. Vote for your favorite after dinner!

MYP Personal Project Adjudication Schedule

Wednesday, February 26, Thursday, February 27, and Friday, February 28, 2020, are half days with dismissal at 11:00 a.m. for grades 9, 11 & 12 (and 10th graders not scheduled to adjudicate.) Sophomores (10th graders) will only stay on the one day they are assigned to adjudicate.

There will be no busses after the 11:00 a.m. dismissal. 10th graders scheduled to adjudicate must arrange their own ride home. Lunch will be available for 10th graders both days.

Class of 2020 All Night Party

Planning is underway for the Class of 2020 Senior All Night Party (ANP) to be held on June 7, 2020, from 9:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. at BHHS. It promises to be a special night to remember. Professional entertainment, games, food and prizes provide a fun, safe and exciting graduation celebration for 100% of our seniors.

Nut-Restricted Zones

Bloomfield Hills High School has designated the Main Commons and Learning Communities A, B, C, and D on both the upper and lower levels as nut-restricted zones. There are students in our building who are highly allergic to nuts or nut products and will be eating in these zones. Please plan snacks and lunches accordingly. We appreciate in advance your full cooperation.
