Conant Elementary School

As an IB Primary Years Programme school, Conant Elementary "focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the world outside." Our students participate in project-based learning that reflects the PYP philosophy of an integrated curriculum and incorporates 21st Century skills, global-mindedness, and the Common Core State Standards. We utilize inquiry-based instructional practices that build on children's natural curiosity and encourage students to use critical thinking skills, reflect on their learning and compassionately develop solutions for real-world problems.
