Principal's Message 10-22-2021

Dear East Hills School Community:

What an amazing fall it has been - I have truly enjoyed seeing our students engage in all the opportunities available to them at the middle level.  On that note, a big shout out to our girls' basketball team for a thrilling victory yesterday over Country Day! Many of our clubs begin officially next week.  If you missed our club sign-up window, see the article below for how to connect with the club sponsor.  The article includes information about clubs as well as start dates and other important information. Clubs need a minimum number of students to run.  Don't forget that Friday, October 29 is a half-day with an 11:50 a.m. dismissal.

“There is no end to the good you can do if you don’t care who gets the credit.”
–Colin Powell

Mr. Rubel

Please remember that nuts of all kinds are restricted at East Hills because of students with severe and life-threatening allergies. The restriction is in effect in the entire building and at all times, including the school day, after school, evenings and weekends.

East Hills Middle School became a nut-restricted school in January of 2013. As a result, please carefully read and review all food packaging prior to sending food items to school. We appreciate in advance your full cooperation.
