Kidz Zone

The Kidz Zone program starts the first day of school, and ends the last of the school year. 

$40.00 non-refundable registration fee due per child

CONANT/EASTOVER/LONE PINE/WAY Schedule and Fees:

Morning		available 7:00-9:10a	$10.00/session
Afternoon		available 4:00-6:00p	$10.00/session
BOTH Morning and Afternoon Care			$19.00/DAY

BHMS/EHMS/WHMS Schedule and Fees:

Afternoon

available 3:20-6:00p

$12.50/session

• Spaces are limited due to staffing restrictions
• All users must be scheduled for specific days and times (a weekly recurring schedule, i.e. every Monday/Friday afternoon)
• Drop-in service is not available (no debit cards)
• One permanent schedule change allowed per semester, provided we can accommodate the change
• Registered students must actively use the program (unable to reserve placement for drop-in service)
• Only morning care is available on half days
• If your child attends the afternoon session, please provide a snack
• Kidz Zone is not open when the school district is closed
• Credit/refunds are not given for days school is closed due to power outages, severe weather, or any emergency school closing
• Payment is due, by the fifth of each month for that month's scheduled days
• Because our staff is hired based on the number of children scheduled, we are unable to give credit for absences due to illness,  vacation, activities, etc. 
• Registrations will be accepted in the order they are received and are timestamped, should the program reach capacity, families will be placed on our waitlist

After you complete your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email with additional instructions. Please submit  the required paperwork within three (3) days, or your registration will be cancelled.

After you complete your full registration, we will contact you within two (2) workdays regarding your child's Kidz Zone status!

• Registration begins online starting Monday, July 18 at 6 p.m. A link will be made available on July 18, at the top of this webpage.
• A confirmation page will be emailed after you complete your registration. The signed confirmation page, a completed emergency card for each registered child, and a credit card authorization form must be emailed to the Kidz Zone Registration Office within three (3) days to complete your registration.
