All West Hills students will start the school year remotely with a half-day of school on Tuesday, September 8. The school day for all students will begin at 9:05 a.m.
Remember as noted above, AM/PM schedules only apply once we phase into a hybrid learning platform, so you do not have to worry about that now.
4th and 5th graders will join a video conferencing link provided by the classroom teacher through their Google Classroom. 4th and 5th graders will have about 80 minutes of synchronous engagements on the first day of school. Teachers have the flexibility to schedule their meet time(s). The 80 minutes may be broken into more than one segment.
Students in grades 6, 7 & 8 will attend their four block classes (mathematics, science, language arts, and social studies) as outlined in the order of their schedule (see instructions below for accessing schedules).
